2 Hurricane Debbie (3-1) Finished 4th lastout in her first start over this course while coming off a 4 month layoff and was claimed. Gets top rider and new trainer is hitting at a big 28% with his first time out claims. Has tactical speed and a strong closing kick. The one to beat.
#1 U Should B Dancing (4-1) Veteran mare coming off a back to back seconds over this course. Should get a good stalking trip and be closing late. Major contender with top jockey aboard.
#5 Candi Girl (9-2) Speedy filly set a pressured pace last out while coming off a 7 month layoff and fought hard to miss by just a head. Has a win from just two starts on the turf, needed her last race and could be dangerous if left alone on the front end.

#8 St. Pat’s Day (3-1) St. Pat’s Day looks primed for a big effort hereShe’s a proven turf sprinter with 3 wins in 7 starts on the grass, including a win over this course and distance. Her early speed figures (TimeformUS Early Pace 122) are the best in the field, suggesting she’ll be on or near the lead throughout. Four back, she posted an impressive 91 Beyer Speed Figure when winning at this level. The Cazares barn is solid, winning at a 14% clip in 2024. At 3-1, St. Pat’s Day offers solid value and looks tough to beat.
#3 The Dove Rules (8-5) The Dove Rules is a lightly-raced 3-year-old filly with upside potential. She’s hit the board in 4 of 6 career starts, including a close second two back and third last out out in a similar spot. The Joseph/Zayas combo is red-hot, winning at a 27% clip at Gulfstream. Her tactical speed should put her in a good stalking position. At 8-5, she’s a bit short on value but must be respected given her connections and potential.

The Joseph barn is firing on all cylinders, and the Jaramillo/Joseph combo has been lethal at Gulfstream. With good early speed (TimeformUS Early Pace 85), look for Breezero to be prominent early. At 5-1, she offers excellent value.
#2 Prettykeen (8-1) Prettykeen is a consistent performer who could hit the board at a price. She’s finished in the money in 11 of 32 career starts and has experience over this course and distance. Last out, she ran a solid third at this level with a 70 Beyer. The Orseno barn has been solid in 2024, winning at a 15% clip. While she lacks early speed, her closing kick could be dangerous if the pace is hot. At 8-1, she’s worth including in exotics.
