No Refunds for Unused Portion: Please note that upon cancellation of a subscription, there will be no refunds for the unused portion of the subscription period, regardless of the reason for cancellation. The subscriber’s access to the services will continue until the end of the paid subscription period, after which access will be terminated.
It is the responsibility of the subscriber to understand and agree to this policy at the time of purchase. By purchasing a subscription, the subscriber acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
Daily Selections:
While we strive to provide consistent and reliable services, we understand that there may be circumstances beyond our control that could affect your experience. In the event that racetracks cancel their races, we have put in place a policy to ensure you still receive value for your purchase.
Should a cancellation occur at any of the tracks, we will provide you with access to our selection services for the following day at no extra cost. This will automatically take effect and no additional action is needed on your part. Note: this policy is for Daily purchases only.
Please note that this policy only applies to cancellations made by the tracks themselves and not due to personal circumstances. We are dedicated to providing the best possible service and appreciate your understanding.
