Please note that upon cancellation, any unused portion of your subscription is non-refundable.
Daily Selections
While we are committed to providing consistent and reliable services, unforeseen circumstances, such as race track cancellations, may occasionally impact your experience. In the event of a race track cancellation, we have implemented a policy to ensure you still receive value for your purchase.
If a cancellation occurs at any of the tracks, you will automatically gain access to our selection services for the following day at no additional cost. This policy specifically applies to Daily purchases and is not related to cancellations due to personal circumstances. We are dedicated to delivering the best possible service and appreciate your understanding.

Refund Policy
At Battaglia’s Picks, we are committed to offering top-notch service to our customers. However, we recognize that there may be situations where a refund is necessary.
Please be aware that, due to the nature of our products, once a digital download has been accessed, we are unable to offer a refund. Digital products are considered “accessed” when the download link has been clicked, and the content has been downloaded to your device. This is because, once accessed, digital content cannot be effectively returned, as with physical products.
